We are committed to enhancing the professional competence of local kindergarten teachers to meet the needs of today’s educational environment. Below are key areas of professional development:
Teacher's Professional Training Program
-
Montessori Teacher Training
As a pioneer in early childhood education, the Montessori approach emphasizes children’s independent learning. We provide professional training to help teachers master the methodology and learn how to create a child-centered learning environment in the classroom. -
Innovative Education Course & Activity Training
Designed for kindergarten teachers, this training focuses on helping educators apply new teaching strategies to increase students’ learning motivation and engagement. The program covers a variety of teaching approaches and encourages teachers to experiment and innovate in everyday instruction. -
Project-Based Learning (PBL) Training
This training focuses on how to design and implement project-based learning. Teachers learn how to guide children to acquire knowledge and skills through exploration of real-world questions—working collaboratively with students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. -
Van Gogh Art Education Program
Inspired by the works of the famous artist Vincent van Gogh, this training teaches teachers how to integrate art education into daily curriculum. Through art activities, children are supported in understanding emotional expression and visual culture, while developing imagination and creativity. -
Children’s Creative Art Activities
This program focuses on nurturing creativity and self-expression in young children. Through painting, crafts, drama, and other activities, children are encouraged to explore their artistic potential—strengthening their confidence and practical “hands-on” skills. -
Little Ernstein Scientist : Early Science & Exploring Program
Through fun-filled science exploring activities, children learn to observe, experiment, and discover—cultivating early scientific thinking. This not only sparks curiosity, but also lays a strong foundation for future STEM learning.
Sharing & Exchange Platform
We also establish a teacher exchange platform to encourage experience sharing and resource collaboration. Through regular meetings and workshops, teachers can freely discuss teaching practices, share successful cases and challenges, and learn from one another—supporting professional growth. These training and exchange opportunities not only strengthen individual teachers’ development, but also enhance the overall teaching quality of the entire team and improve learning outcomes for children.
