Distribution of Application Form (Unlimited quota for application forms)

Submission of Application Form

  1. Submit the application form in person at the school office or

Remarks: 

  1. Only one application form is accepted per person
  2. Submit with the following documents required for admission

Required Information for Submission of Application Form (Unlimited quota for application forms)

  1. Two recent photos of students attached on application form
  2. One original and photocopy of the birth certificate
  3. One original and photocopy of the immunization record
  4. Two self-addressed envelopes with adequate value of stamps
  5. Registration fee: HK$40.00

 

Remarks:

  1. The application fee is non-refundable whether the application is successful or not.
  2. The student’s personal information is only for the purpose of this interview. After completion of the application procedure, all submitted registration forms and copies of documents will not be returned to the admitted students, but all information provided will be disposed of the unsuccessful applicants.

Submission of Application Form at School

       (School office is closed on Sunday and public holiday)

Remarks:

  1. The interview appointment will be booked upon completion of application with payment of Registration Fee: HK$ 40.00

Online Submission

  1. Date: Tuesday, August 1, 2023
  2. Parents fill in the application form online.
  3. Parents choose the interview time slot by themselves, please choose alternate time slot if the quota is full.
  4. A Payment slip of registration fee HK$ 40.00 is uploaded onto online application system in advance.
  5. Please refer to “Online Registration Instructions” for the method of payment.
  6. Online Applicants please arrive 15 minutes earlier before the designated date of interview to submit all required documents as above #2-4(both original and photocopy) 

Application for the 2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission

  1. Education Bureau (EDB) will implement the Free Quality Kindergarten Education policy. Under the Scheme, EDB will use the“Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” as the document for registration in the 2024/25 school year.
  1. Parents are required to submit an application for the “2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”(hereafter referred as ‘2024/25 RC’) to EDB from Sep to Nov, 2023. 
  1. The “2024/25 RC”will be opened for applications in September and EDB will announce and upload the details of application onto EDB’s website.
  2. Attached with the link to the webpage indicating the KG’s school information in the “Profile of KGs and KG-cum-Child Care Centres”,

    together with the link to the EDB’s website on K1 Admission Arrangements in KG for your information.

Date and Arrangement of Interview

  1. Proposed Date: November 3, 2023 (Friday)
  2. The kindergarten will arrange to interview all children applying for admission.
  3. Appointment slots are arranged by school
  4. Form of interview: Please choose one of the following:

4.1 Personal interview (student is accompanied by parents) or

4.2 ZOOM interview (by appointment only)

  1. For non-Chinese speaking student, please feel free to accompany by relatives and friends who speak Cantonese or contact our kindergarten to arrange interpretation services upon registration.

Admission Criteria

  1. The overall performance of the applicants on interview day
  2. The Admissions Assessment Panel will assess on a fair and impartial basis.
  3. Parents choose to admit to half-day session / whole-day session

Notification Date

Parents are informed of the admission results before Thursday on November 30, 2023, by email / post.

Arrangements and Procedures Successful

  1. Successful applicants：

Parents should complete the registration procedures on “Centralized Registration Date:  4 to 6 January, 2024

Thursday & Friday: 9:30a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Saturday: 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m. 

Parents are required to submit the School Admission Letter,

The original of the “2024/25 RC” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.

 

  1. Applicants on waiting list：

Parents will be informed by email / post, please complete the registration procedures for their children according to the appointed date and time set by the school.

Parents are required to submit the original of “2024/25 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.

 

3.The Registration Fee for 2023/24:

 Half day sessions:  HK$ 970.00

 Whole day session:  HK$1,570.00

Special Notes for Parents

  1. Parents must complete the registration process on the designated date so that the kindergarten can retain a place for your child.
  2. The registration fee paid will be refunded in the first month of enrolment.
  3. Parents must notify the school in writing if they decide to transfer students to other schools after registration and the registration fee will not be refunded. The school will no longer retain the place once parents are requested to withdraw their enrolment “RC”.
  4. Students who are admitted to the kindergarten must submit the original of health check report signed by a registered doctor.

Parents are requested to log in on the registration interface of the Hong Kong KIS eClass admission system for online registration.

 

4 types of student’s document are required which must be uploaded for online registration, including:

  1. Student’s personal photo
  2. Birth certificate,
  3. Immunization record
  4. BOC Deposit Slip of Application Fee
